This is no current business or operations within MedRecycler, LLC. MedRecycler RI, Inc. was created for the Medical Waste to Energy facility that the Company was attempting to finance and operate in West Warrick, Rhode Island. The Company no longer consolidates MedRecycler RI, Inc. as of May 28, 2021 and all Assets and Liabilities have been sold and/or settled."
Medrecycler- RI remains in affect to challenge the denial and possibility seek damages from the denial in court.
In the mean time the company has switched focus to a Global partnership with a Fortune 500 subsidiary FoxEss.

while they are retro fitting their own solar panel manufacturing plant in Elba Alabama USA.
