No one knew at all.  Hmmm, the stock shot up immediately when the market opened that Monday morning.  I can't remember what happened the Friday prior mainly because I didn't follow our stock, just bought it through the ESPP.  But this was a Fortune 100 company.  HLNT is not.

But there was a quiet period, anyone involved in the ESPP could not sell their shares nor could we exit during this time. We were given the opportunity to quit investing via our paychecks this way.  I remember standing in my kitchen and making the decision.  I opted to remain in.  I had absolutely no idea what was going on.  I was putting the max you could put in per paycheck.

Dang!  I need a few more Monday mornings like that one!

I have NO idea what is happening with HLNT.   I certainly hope for the best.  I know they have a lot of time and talent invested in this product.
