I am willing to venture a guess the Synergy deal is about to happen. The "leak" occurred. Its been stated to occur in the early part of Q4.
THE EXPENSES, IN Q3, WERE TO SUPPORT THE SYNERGY DEAL MAINLY. LOTS OF COSTS OCCURRED THERE.
I surmise the following:
1. Expenditures for raw materials to support the 975,000 order (nope, I didn't look at the quarterly BUT that would be a great place to look for "THAT" order to come)
2. Samples by the boatloads
3. Consultation fees
4. Training etc.
BIEL'S trust, during Q3, had to be the synergy deal.
