I forwarded an email to the Trustee from a former Generex Independent BOD member, who served during the timelines stated by the objecting parties. He responded to me by simply saying “Hi Rich. This is the first I’ve heard of this issuance of shares. Pretty sure I would not have approved a transaction of that sort.” Interesting, since the 4 Stooges state this was approved by the BOD.
