Not sure if I get this correctly, but GNBT shareholders are being told at this point that there was a "non-reportable" Compensation Settlement Agreement approved on 2/17/2021 that gave away 27,687,658 (43.2%) shares of 64,153,151 shares owned by GNBT...was there such an agreement for Joe? How many NGIO shares did GNBT hold after all that? It just keeps getting better...off with all their heads I say!
