However, I question the legality of transferring 27,687,658 NGIO shares to insiders. Generex is a publicly traded company with 122,058,444 outstanding shares. To have insiders/BOD members siphon off (in secret) nearly 50% of the Generex assets (NuGenerex) without any shareholder approval, needs an SEC criminal investigation! The 64+ million NGIO shares are the property of the GNBT shareholders, not the BOD members or Generex employees to do as what they please.
