Nice of you to point out that SNPW follows though with what they tweet.
Which lead to a letter of "intent to approve" after RI-DEM's final review of the application.
Going to be very hard for RI-DEM to defend the later denial decision in court when every thing cited in the denial should have been reviewed as was approve at Ri_Dem s Final Review.
