If the company was thinking buyout don't you think they would be putting out pr info to pump up the share price before the buyout offer is tendered? At this share price the offer could be a 100% premium and some stockholders would still be on the red side of the trade....and I believe the officers of the company own a couple of shares themselves....

.....unless it will be a buyout of the remaining 50% by AHS....in that case everything going on makes perfect sense
