highest Total assets I've seen ca 72M- no impairments-means the well is still in play as of sept 30-end of 3rd qtr
Significant share dilution- up to ca 484?M shares
rather than r/s they chose to raise AS from 400 to 800M at last stockholders meeting in June-which discourages previous shareholders at $2 to plus $7 dollars/share while encouraging new share purchases (except by some big boys who won't buy shares this cheap)
I surmise partly bc they expected to show value before next stockholders meeting in june 2023- but of course delays are the norm as with excessive water at one level
