350mg doesn't provide 100% blockade of CCR5 so you would find greater effect on the chemokines with 700mg so aggregated they wouldn't be identical. Individually they would vary greatly due to variation in disease severity or because of a myriad of genetic anomalies.
As compared to 350mg, the poor results on the heat map combined with the poor trial outcome lead me to believe that the factor involved is most likely varying CCR5 expression.
