Let’s all be realistic. For months and years we speculated the subsidiaries would be in the filings. We speculated maybe the audits of those companies were the hold up. HRI, Wellness RX, Time organization, PPSI and so on.
It’s abundantly clear the merging of those companies and the audits of those companies are not the hold up. No mergers take this damn long. No matter how many staging shortages there is.
It’s clear to me we are waiting on something or someone else. What exactly? I do not know but it’s clear docs not doing anything till that issue or entity or whatever is solved or processed or whatever it needs.
