If I remember correctly, Amarex also failed to note the dates that some patients were dosed, among other grossly negligent actions that the FDA asked them to correct.
As far as .36/share, who says the price is going to be there forever? Who says that Amarex won't decide that they are better off settling for a large sum, rather than a protracted court case that will bring out publicly some of their actions that we individuals may not yet know about? Who's to say that the FDA will not lift the hold?
Who's to say that having gotten rid of a lot of problems with new management, and a world-class legal firm that says it advises small companies on best strategies for success, some partner who hesitated to come forward before won't do a deal now?
