The last proxy vote notice I received was what, over a year ago?

Let's be clear that at this point, there's nothing to be done no matter what happens, although I don't know yet when I can claim these shares as a loss. But everything I read about being delisted suggests that if it takes this long, the chances of being relisted are slim indeed.

If they somehow manage to get things together, great. But I don't think it's unreasonable at this point to be pessimistic. I was optimistic before, but let's also be clear that even if everything goes great eventually, it was a huge error to have not provided the SEC with proper documentation before which led to the delisting.

I guess I'm saying: my patience for QTMM to get back on track is waning. I came back here hoping to see something from someone showing actual progress on getting relisted, since I didn't see any recent news on the topic. All of the product progress doesn't do me any good if QTMM eventually goes private and my shares are not honored. I don't recall seeing anything that suggested we would be included in that instance.
