Conference Update 3: The Quickening
We just got through a very exciting discussion from the two lobbyists this association pays to fight their political battles. They filled everyone in on the exciting world of low level lobbying for AN HOUR.
Better ways to use an hour, ranked...
1. Count seconds until you've reached an hour
2. Open your laptop and post on your favorite stock message board
3. Attempt to prop eyes open with snapped-in-half toothpicks
4. Record yourself singing a song to see if you have a good voice
5. Listen back to recording of yourself singing a song to see if you have a good voice
6. Turn a deep shade of red
7. Immediately destroy evidence by smashing your phone
8. Hear someone say "it's not gone forever because it's in the cloud already"
9. Go outside and stare at the clouds, wondering how to smash them
10. Shake fist at clouds and slowly back away until you've disappeared from view
These conferences are dumb, and they're even dumber when you're a vendor and have to man a table through short breaks that make it near impossible for anyone to be able to stop by, and a lunch break that's dominated by the association's business meeting. The redeeming factor is that I have time to fart around (medical term) and at the end of the day they have an event at a brewery. I guess what I'm saying is it's not all bad.
Speaking of not all bad, today's share price isn't really all that bad. Yes, it's a bad/low price if you've invested at higher levels. I'm with those of you who did, buying my most expensive shares around $5 and $6. But that aside, as a standalone price for a single share of Leronlimab, it's a friggin' steal. #fuhgettaboutit
