One thing I wanted to point out to the board just for clarity is that the September 29, 2022 meeting between the parties was for MEDIATION, not for ARBITRATION and the two are as different as cats and dogs.
In mediation, a MEDIATOR tries to get the 2 sides to come to an agreement between themselves, but the mediator doesn't make any decision whatsoever. In arbitration, an ARBITRATOR listens to each side and in this case, would make a BINDING DECISION that neither party can appeal.
