This may be old news to many here, but I hadn't noticed the language with which the Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief begins:
So even the opening salvo is a request to protect patients' safety. From my lofty bastion in my armchair (or, more likely, my couch) I am not allowed to comment on why that would be, but I'd be pleased to hear any savvy explanations.
