I’m not sure what I mean either. Still working and not going back to find the correct info. But didn’t both parties agree that they were unable to reach an agreement in arbitration about two months ago, and then isn’t it also true that about two weeks ago the judge overseeing the arbitration allowed for a new schedule (folks here thought the case was dismissed). This new schedule allowed both parties to respond to one another’s complaints/motions over the next few months culminating in something in Feb of 2023?
