Craig, my point is that something should not be stated as a FACT when it is just an OPINION.
You stated as a FACT that we should all "remember that" the current management was brought in to sell the company. There is NO evidence whatsoever of that.
Blather on a message board with several people agreeing months ago that in their opinion that might be the case -- is NOT A FACT.
As a lawyer, you know how much language matters. Opinions are not facts and should not be presented as such.
