The terms of the paperwork for the investors needed to match the NASDAQ bankers, Think Equity & E.F. Hutton, they gave us the approved terms & investors have agreed to them. Will use same terms to remove debt off the books in 4th QT. Strong financials & BR closing next week $GMPR
