I wonder how dropping the HIV BLA effects payments/ past due invoices, inventory and the manufacturing contract with Samsung? I wonder how much inventory we actually have and if there is a provision that the manufacturing contract is void if the BLA is cancelled? I would thing the cost of the inventory would not be part of the damages against Amarex as Amarex has no control over our contract with Samsung. If we have no BLA acceptance, we can't capitalize the inventory as an asset, correct?
