SA is unlikely to waste their time....
They argue that the MSA have been voided by Amarex actions:
1. Refused to release data to CYDY when the MSA clearly makes it CYDY property.
2. Refused to allow CYDY to audit their work when the MSA clearly gives CYDY that right.
That is my take from reading.
