Thank you for that info. What I would like to see is the actual provision in the MSA that speaks to how disputes are handled. That is where we would see exactly what CYDY can ask for. SA didn't do any more professional of a job than would be expected from any attorney. That's not a slam, it's just how it is. The MSA langauge is what is important first, then the demand.
