That's me announcing another infamous tweet for the ages.
I already knew the status of the building before all of the hype and still know the status. I do due diligence while others run around giggling about an LOI.

Always know what you actually own... not what you think you own. Twitter looks like the gift that keeps on giving to those shorting the stock. Tweets look like their coming from a 9th grader. You don't think those shorting the stock know this. Company's marketing strategy sucks because it has none but paid-for press releases and tweets that all but same 4-5 people (same next door cheerleaders) respond to.
Shorting this stock must feel like shooting fish in a barrel.
Keep'em honest. Read the filings. Do your due diligence. Read the tweets sitting on twitter for the past couple of years. Have fun!
