Hi Chazzle. You are 100% correct, there is no way of knowing if the BLA would be accepted, if leronlimab would be approved, what price CYDY would have to pay SOMEONE ELSE to actually bring it to market, etc.
CYDY does not have the infrastructure to bring leronlimab to market, we all know that. There would have to be a third party involved, which means less money for CYDY than if they were a BP that could do it alone.
Yes, if all is as we think it is, Amarex will pay some amount of damages, but it is not in the billions because they don't have that much money anyway. A "win" for $1mm is worthless if the defendant is indigent.
