well, I think you're reading my post regarding the call as 100% negative - it wasn't, and I listed mutlitple positive things in an earlier post about the call (mostly about how much I like CA, and how impressive he is). And again, I added shares following the call - so I am long-term bullish.
For me, a positive call is when we learn something new (that we didn't know) that is a positive. A negative call, is when we learn something new (again, that we didn't know) that is a negative. Add these together and you get a net positive or negative.
The big tangible thing we learned is that we are months away from providing data to the FDA to have the hold lifted. To me that was a big surprise, as I actually thought we might hear that the hold had been lifted sometime in late Oct / Nov. Now it appears that may be EOY or early 2023.
On the positive side, I love CA's positive attitude, bullishness on NASH and Cancer, and how capable he seems. But these are things that I generally already knew - so they weren't tangible new items.
So that's how I arrive at my view that the call was negative on balance.
But again, we're splitting hairs, as I'm on the same side of the fence as you - which is a long-term shareholder, who has never traded the shares. I can promise you - no one wants this to work out more than me. I just had hoped we were on the doorstep of having this hold lifted. Until it's lifted, we are in limbo - which is my mgmt continues to call it their "top priority". Let's hope it's lifted in 2022.
