I don't think Nader knew what did or didn't need to be done (and criticism of that is a separate argument). To me, he was simply pushing a contracted party to get their work finished, as promised, after they messed it up already. Sounded like a put up or shut up moment, just submit the damn thing, and we'll see where it stands.

That is in no way a defense of Nader.
