ah, got it. i would assume if this exists, we would have known at the time what the market size was for HIV MDR and it would be the same today. I guess this $ would consider realistic percent of market etc...

I guess the big problem is that this is likely more than the value of Amarex, but I would also assume Amarex would not make a contract with that much liability. Even if they have insurance for this, i doubt the insurance carrier would allow them to agree to a huge amount in a contract. I would guess additionally their insurance would be rather interested in how Amarex was able to do such a poor job.
