Approved REVERSE SPLIT still on the table?

Nobody mentioning the approved Reverse Split, approved by the ceo (board) on Feb 28, 2022, while waiting the last 4 months for possible financing.

Does anyone know why it has not been canceled yet? It's been 8 months since the ceo approved the 1000:1 to 100:1 Reverse Split. What is the hold up with either doing it or not doing it?

Anyone looking forward to the 2022 3rd quarter 10-Q (quarterly) filing coming out in 2 weeks? Many seem to be excited about the results of this upcoming 10-Q (Q3 in the room) back in the early summer.

I recall a lot of expectation, this past spring/summer, about big Q3 revenue numbers, while expecting mass production of Foxess batteries by July 2022 and being stored at SPPs new highly promoted regional hub (see twitter post), and IST-Indonesia pumping out those highly promoted SPP labeled solar panels (see Twitter photo), and taking pre-orders for those unbuilt incredible new light towers this past summer, and those state of the art technology promoted in the 1/2022 press release relating to those Stion Nano panels, and the Anaheim California convention, this past September, anticipating a pile of Foxess battery and inverter sales orders.

Should be huge revenue numbers...right? Or are we now looking at Q4 in the room?
