Apparently, the complaint for damages and legal fees was something filed in arbitration. One would think that anything filed, in arbitration, would have limits. Additionally, one would think that anything settled, in arbitration, would have an agreement to not persue additional damages outside of the arbitration process.
This is all speculation on my part. I know less about legal stuff, than either Respert or Craig.
