I believe both you and Riz (in his response) are correct.
Yes, the FDA and other gov't agencies are BP whores, I didn't know this before the spring of 2020, but cripes, do I know it now.
So we can't make it on our own, the FDA would slow walk us into oblivion. Or for 75 years, which is how long Pfizer/FDA wanted to release the mRNA trial data.
But hopefully, Riz is correct, and if we meet the right BP wench - hideous to behold, but given enough tequila, any pairing is possible - maybe, just maybe, we'll be fruitful and multiply.
Or at least hit a buck.
