Lot of assumptions in your post. Have you ever handed a CRO contract or ever read one? Have you ever litigated a CRO contract breach?
I haven't so I don't give legal advice on such. You should do the same. Otherwise, please explain your experience with CRO contracts. Please don't tell us about entertainment industry contracts as they are irrelevant to the discussion.
