Amarex is done! What a wasted purchase their parent company made by buying them.
Bad news. But, there is some upside: No more moneys expended on the BLA reducing the burn, which can be used elsewhere in more protective indications; and, potential moneys from Amarex and their parent in a settlement.
IMHO, CyDy can recover, but Amarex may be done unless they can resolve with CyDy. Amarex's parent needs to settle and rebrand.
