It’s my belief he has 4 days to announce a merger.
The thought is he hasn’t done it yet because he hasn’t announced it yet.
It’s not Doc’s first rodeo either having been listed on the Nasdaq previously.
The OTC has a very loose set of qualifying parameters in relation to the other exchanges which is a huge understatement from what I gathered from yesterday’s video meeting.
I’m just waiting for the hammer to drop.
