One forgets that 2 parties signed that 10 year contract both projecting those revenue numbers, until COVID hit and caused.

As of last night:
* Buses will be limited to 15 passengers
* Last outbound trip from CK Steele Plaza will be at 7:30pm with all buses out of service at 8pm.
* Night service and Trolley service suspended
