That's my favorite theory:  Rauber doesn't understand the challenges and opportunities as much as message board posters who have never even see the process.  He worked his way up the corporate because he's an idiot who can't understand things as well as message board posters, the same posters who haven't gotten a single thing right yet on any other topic.

Nah that can't be it.  Must be a grand conspiracy where an accomplished recycling guy from a Fortune 500 company just blindly quit a high pay job to come work for a penny stock under SEC charges (at the time) because he's naive and not savvy like message board posters.

Makes perfect sense.  IMO Rauber should be fired and replaced with people who understand it better.  Like unemployed message board posters.
