Reporting lags, current failed to deliver cumulative to the end of September is about 2.5 million shares…some could be market maker but if you consider there are nearly 40 million shares short…if you round up the usual suspects…logical to look among that lot of rogues. FTD is a big number currently…if the SEC gave a $!it they would clamp down.

At some point, those shares have to be delivered; hoping it is on unequivocally positive news and all shorts puke at the same time.
