The state law always required a public hearing process
"final review" is in no way the same as "final result". You know that. Stop playing games.
The public said no. New unproven chemical recycling processing technology doesn't belong within 1000' of multiple residential neighborhoods and a college campus. That's a no brainer. Horrible choice for a location. Nobody forced snpw to pick the horrible location. Just very poor business 101 decision making for 2 1/2 years with Medi-Ri.
Why can't you move on?
All of the LOI and final review stuff means nothing until the public hearing, by law, takes place.
A business, that is not a business, yet, cannot assume permits and licenses will be issued just because a building was leased, a sign hung, equipment ordered from South Africa and assembled.
Blame cannot only be pointed in one direction
in my humble opinion
