What are undisputable FACTS however is that the "contract" was so unserious that it was cut-and paste (original source document was found on-line and posted), that nobody bothered to read it before signing (that or they are all totally incompetent - you choose), and that it was defaulted on immediately after it was signed. To this day, there is no reason to believe that the reactors have been fully paid for - now almost 4 years after the fact.
