Seriously, spend a few bucks and call the international #'s listed on the SPP website. If you get someone, to answer, please ask if they've heard of Sun Pacific Power and if they're familiar with a Foxess lithium battery and inverter.
It's worth the investment to make the call. You might sleep alot better.
We've already covered the subject of international addresses and phone #'s. You must have missed that party...or arrived late.
