Everything always takes longer than what investors think it should. The party in the wrong benefits from dragging it out, if they are in a strong financial position to do so. This is an overhang on CYDY and the longer they can keep it that way, the more likely CYDY is to say, "fine, let's just get this over with, we'll take your crappy offer." At least, that's what THEY think. They shouldn't count on it in this case.
As far as someone getting all bent out of shape because I used the word "alleged" -- the FDA never came out with a statement that said explicitly "Amarex deliberately or incompetently screwed up the data." They just complained about how the data dump was incomplete and not put in the correct format, and then not corrected when they said what to do to fix it.
I don't feel like giving anyone grounds for claiming they were libeled, no matter what my beliefs about the situation may be. Given that some companies have come after people on social media, why not add an innocuous word that makes any such action impossible?
You know, it's not like anything we say or do here really affects the stock price at all. This is entertainment and sometimes actually informational. Sometimes.
