While I don't like Xi, it's probably best at this point that there is no major opposition to him. Even though I would rather see China led by someone who leans much more toward free markets and private ownership (as the prior two leaders had been trending), there is a positive aspect to maintaining stability in the short term.
Hopefully he comes to his senses, leaves Taiwan alone, realizes it is more beneficial to partner with the US on our shared interests, and comes out with big stimulus for growth, especially in the Agri-tech sector. Not holding my breath on any of that except the last part.
I'd like to see him gone, but Pangbo could use calm and stability to get their capital initiatives launched.
