I also remember that statement from Lee.  He also added that they are always taking that approach with new investors and it's been an ongoing process.  Hopefully Lee is getting closer to convincing bigger money whether to invest in operation or to invest in their stock.  Invest in their operations and the stock is sometimes issued in return but what I hope are restricted shares.  If investors come in to buy stock then that might be better or maybe both.  Either way I don't foresee a private deal effecting the PPS immediately.
