Lead balloon effect?
After 8-K announcing a 3rd party needed to do a feasibility study for a potential 50 mil loan to build a solar power plant.
What is a lead balloon?
- to completely fail to please someone.
The feasibility study appears to be a perfect excuse for any significant further delay in getting financing (if it even happens).
It seemed like the company was close to getting financing on July 24th (3 months ago) with another infamous tweet about working on the "final piece" for funding. lol
It never ends.
