BIEL most definitely knows what they are up against. And so do I. We are the good guys playing by the rules. The 'rules' are written to be ill-defined, vague, ambiguous, and prone to any number of interpretations that favor a particular group or a medical device, etc. as it stands now. Hence, the listing of all the acronyms and there are dozens more. It's a swamp. There are so many loopholes it would make swiss cheese appear to be an impenetrable barrier. 'They' want the appearance of order but create the legal environment that allows them to manipulate as they see fit. The problem is the system itself.
That is precisely the reason the Twitter campaign is so important, imo. Gaining the awareness of the general public is extremely important and it is the only thing that has the potential to bypass the swamp of acronyms and the creatures who swim in it. In other words, we have embarked upon the most difficult path of all. We don't have a choice, really. Biel is working the traditional route of getting insurance coverage via the process and simultaneously engaging the populous route; i.e. - going directly to the people who need it.
There exists those people who work w/ in the system who have come to realize that Allopathic medicine is basically hogwash designed to cheat people out of their hard-earned money while delivering minimal comfort or cure. There are those who have come to understand the dilemma, fought to change it and paid a price. Have had their lives ruined, property destroyed, ... you name it, to perpetuate the illusion. Lives have been lost in this battle and may God rest their soul.
Huge medical advances have taken place. I am not condemning all scientists, those who have positively contributed, but rather those who work behind the scenes to undercut their best efforts and intentions. There are many examples of this. Most medical practices today have regular meetings w/ the owners/administrators to make sure everybody is onboard w/ the financials, profit per patient per time spent w/ patient. It's all about the money. Forget the Hippocratic oath.
I'm all for legislation that makes it easier for our products (PEMF) to become readily available and reimbursable. I am also under no illusions. Our strategy is working. Is it happening fast enough and/or effective enough? Only time will tell. The forces we are up against have no sense of humor or honor, for that matter. They never forgive nor do they forget and always hold a grudge. Any success on our part is viewed as success they should have had and we cheated them out of it. They fight us b/c they fear us. I have mentioned before; the fact we have survived this long, 20 yrs and counting, is, in my opinion, a strongly positive sign big things are in the offing for us. Our survival does not give us a free pass. They will make it as difficult as possible b/c, well, it's who they are.

Yet despite all their awareness of inferior products (Sufpulse is esp'ly laughable) 2 of them get mentioned in an official insurance reimbursement policy statement while we go unmentioned. That does not happen by accident. The 'black hand' of accidental, oopsie-daisy, damn it, we forgot all about you guys, sorry, ... is all too evident. Another slap in the face for being innovative, honest, and aboveboard.
What we have to offer is the very thing that exposes them and the system for what it is; a scam. This so-called opioid crisis was carefully thought out and ruthlessly executed. They made billions, families went bankrupt, and now there is an empty chair at the table. But, hey, let's donate $50 million to sponsor a new wing on the local hospital, a fancy new scoreboard for the high school, or a new museum? Or better yet, how about sponsoring a Little League team? Free advertising on the their uniform seen by the very same people who lost a son/daughter, spouse, parent, friend, etc. Loathing and derision of the victim disguised as philanthropy. That is how the game is played. And even worse, they expect your gratitude.
David doesn't always win against Goliath. In this case, I think we have a better than even chance or I would sell my shares which I am not looking to do anytime soon. I know I have been super critical of the whole process and rightly so. There is a worldwide battle royale taking place in the corridors of Money, Power and Control of which we are only a small part. What we have is a confluence of crises all coming to a head, right now.
Rise, and rise again, until the lambs become lions.
