Let me add this;  if an X-factor comes in with an 8K filing then that also might shock the market and get some money flowing.  If Warren and his larger counterparts are involved then I's will be dotted and T's will be crossed and it will be done correctly IMO.  Just like the GOB's declaration of commericial find  my gut says we won't see that X-factor  PR and 8K for a while if they are successful in negotiations but I really hope it is approaching soon.  I would love to see a nickel again.
