Since fidelity is showing they are attached to NGIO, it would seem that whatever happens to NGIO, they are bound by it.
But I have no clue how that works. I know NuGX was a different beast all together, but my thought if NGIO was sold, we benefit whether a lot or not as much. If they take it to Nasdaq, we benefit, again either a lot depending on what the PPS is. Right now, it still shows as filed with a 8.50-9.50 rate for 5 million.
