Hylander, you brought up a point I haven’t considered. My TDA Roth account has “NUGX Nugenerex Immuno Oncology Inc. Common Stock” and even has Bid/Ask quotes. I just assumed that all NuGenerex stockholders had the same.
Under the GNBT (OTC) security page https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/security there is:
“Transfer Agent: Securities Transfer Corporation” https://stctransfer.com/
Under the NUGX (OTC) security page https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NUGX/security there is:
“Transfer Agent: Not Available”
"Transfer agents work for the security issuer to record changes of ownership, maintain the issuer's security holder records..."
https://www.investor.gov/introduction-investi...fer-agents
When the NuGenerex shares were issued, our stockbrokers got the shares (electronically) and were posted to our account. Except for some overseas brokers from the postings on our board. How we got them is a mystery since no official Transfer Agent is listed on the OTC NUGX webpage. Originally, I only had a number designation. TDA wanted to remove these shares because they had no value, but I stopped them. Later came the NUGX designation.
When Joe trade the GNBT owned NuGenerex common shares (300 mil) for the preferred shares (100,000) he used the Securities Transfer Corporation http://edgar.secdatabase.com/554/160706221000...g-main.htm Hopefully, they are the Transfer Agent that has ALL the ownership records for every one of the 100,300,000 NuGenerex outstanding shares. With no “paper” certificates exiting, we are totally reliant on having electronic collaboration for proof of our ownership.
To misquote Laurel and Hardy: Well, here's another fine mess you've gotten us into, JOE.
As for people buying GNBT stock, I will assume that they are clueless, don’t read this board, and/or have no understanding how corporate bankruptcy works.
