Further, Hillcrest has granted incentive stock options to certain employees, officers and consultants of the company to purchase up to 1,433,333 common shares in the capital of the Company, pursuant to the share option plan. The options are exercisable on or before October 7, 2027, at an exercise price of $0.15 per share and are subject to various vesting criteria.
