the schedule of what? there were 3 different dates set prior as to when the parties could reconvene to settle the differences. I assume this was the schedule, these 3 different dates, i think it was in december, january and march, but i'm probably wrong.
if this schedule to settle the differences is dismissed, then how can the differences be settled?
