its the one where the plaintiffs fed the judge the same lines the bashers use on iHub. but, it got them early access to Cytodyn 's response to the SEC subpoena. the documents they were sure were going to bring Cytodyn down.

I'm pretty sure the bashers knee what case I was referring to. its the one where the plaintiffs convinced the judge to make Cytodyn share their response to the SEC inquiry almost a year ago because they said they didn't believe Cytodyn would last long enough as a company to make it to court and they were sure there was info in those documents relevant to their case

If I am reading these posts correctly the Judge dismissed the case. Apparently, a case that shorts on iHub created or at least bragged about.
